At FWF, our team of skilled engineers have been trained and certified at official DJI headquarters to professionally repair all DJI drones including the Inspire, Mavic, Spark, Matrice and Phantom series. We diagnose all drones for free and will let you know the cost before moving forward with any repair. We also provide a fast turnaround on all repairs so that you can get back to flying as quickly as possible. From system diagnostics to system calibrations, firmware updates and repairs, our expert technicians will ensure that every repair is professionally flight tested to guarantee that you can take to the skies with confidence.

OUR REPAIR PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us
Call or Email Us with a brief description of your issue.
Step 2: Drop Off / Ship
Drop off your drone at our store or request a shipping label*.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
If you are sent a shipping label, print off the label and pack up your drone. (Drone and remote controller only. No batteries or other accessories required.) Drop the package off at your local Canada Post.
Step 4: Diagnosis
Once your drone is received, our engineers will diagnose your drone free of charge and contact you with an official repair quote.
Step 5: Approve & Repair
Upon approval we repair your drone. Every drone is flight tested, calibrated, and updated before every return.
Step 6: Complete Payment
After the repair is complete, we will send you a payment link to finalize the repair.
Step 7: Pick Up / Delivery
Pick your drone up at our store location or have your drone shipped. Happy Flying!
Our DJI trained service technicians who are trained at the DJI Global HQ to diagnose and repair the majority of DJI products. This means you can have 100% confidence in our workmanship and service abilities.
Our technicians can perform most repairs on your Mavic 2, Mavic Pro, Mavic Pro Platinum, Mavic Air, Inspire 1 & 2, Spark and Phantom 4 Series. As well as assisting with set-up and firmware issues. By sending your drone to MARCH, you are placing it in good hands.

× If the aircraft is water-damaged.
× Bringing in own parts asking us for repair.
× Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.

Warranty
If you bought your drone from our stores, or online from this website, the repair may be covered under warranty if the issue is not due to user error (such as crashing into a tree). If you did not buy the drone from us, then you will need to return it to the original retailer for warranty cover*.
*For repairs outside of warranty, we charge an RM250 assessment fee. If you’d like to book your drone in for repair or service, please contact us.
*Final repair balance must be paid by the customer within 14 days of completing the repair.
*Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
